Culligan High Efficiency Water Softener Press Release
CHICAGO, IL – June 14, 2011 – Water is one of the most overlooked utilities in our homes, and new research by the Water Quality Research Foundation (WQRF) shows that highly efficient water use could be one of our greatest money and energy saving measures. The WQRF study – “Evaluation of Relative Effects of Hardness, Detergent Dose and Temperature to Evaluate Stain Removal Efficacy and/or Use of Less Laundry Detergent at Lower Water Temperatures” – found that soft water can reduce detergent use by as much as 50 percent and heating costs by up to 24 percent. Culligan Honors Dealers with 2012 Service Awards
Culligan International, the leader in water treatment systems and solutions, today announced its 2012 Dealer Service Awards. The company's tradition is to recognize Culligan dealers and general managers who have reached five-year milestones in their lengths of service.
Close to 100 Culligan dealers and managers nationwide will receive awards. This year's honorees include 39 individuals who have logged 25 years or more, six of whom are celebrating more than 50 years as Culligan dealers and leaders in their communities.
